Terms & Conditions

This Award is instituted by HYGIENIC RESEARCH INSTITUTE PVT. LTD., MUMBAI (hereinafter referred to as the Company / Organiser) and except where specifically indicated otherwise, all rights including Copyrights that subsist shall remain vested with the Company.

General Information

This Competition is opened to those who are eligible and are willing to abide by the terms and conditions of STREAX PROFESSIONAL STYLE PRO AWARDS according to the Awards categories.

1. Responsibility for materials submitted

The participant submitting the details / entry in the Competition shall be solely responsible for the legality, originality and copyright of the work submitted in their name. The participant by submitting their entry for the Award undertakes that no violation of any copyright is committed by them and that they agree to hold the Company / Organiser free from any harm, cost, damage, etc., whatsoever arising from such copyright violations if any committed by the participant whether knowingly or by ignorance.

The Company / Organiser reserve the right to reject any entry / participation or withdraw any award already conferred, if any such infringement / violation or copyright or any misrepresentation is found by the Company / Organiser at any time.

The Participant also shall ensure that all work submitted for purpose of Streax Style Pro Awards not in violation of any law and or defamatory, obscene, breaking personal privacy regulations.

2. Copyright

By confirming participation/submitting entry, the participant grant
exclusive permission to Company/ organiser, to use your name, the
image/audio/video of the participant, the work submitted by the participant, for promotion of the Award, promotion of the products of the Company etc., and/or for usages include articles in newspapers / magazines / websites / social media posts / blogs / the showcase section of our website; printed materials; videos and photos displaying winners; case studies, books and presentations related to these awards. You keep full ownership of the work itself and we will always seek your permission about any licensable activity outside the scope described above.

By confirming participation/submitting entry, the participant unconditionally agree that all copyrights created in connection with the Award shall vest with the Company and that any rights whatsoever belonging to the participants stands assigned to the Company and the participant shall have no further claim whatsoever in the copyright so created.

3. Announcement of Winners

The date for the announcing of the final Winners for each category will be disclosed shortly after closing all entries and same date will be informed to the participants by email/SMS at the discretion of the Orgainser, and will be published on the website or Social handles (Instagram & Facebook)

4. Correspondence

No correspondence will be entertained.

The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this Award, addition/omission of any Category, number of winners, prizes, changes dates, juris, award criteria and or other relevant details at its sole discretion.

Any personal data relating to participants collected by the Company shall be used solely in accordance with applicable laws prevailing in India. Please see the Privacy Policy of the Company published on its Website for further details.

5. Liability

  • The Organiser is not responsible for
    • any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by your entry into the Competition or as a result of accepting one of the prizes;
    • any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable; or
    • any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer systems relating to their participation in the Competition.

6. General

  • The photograph is of a volunteer on whom the style is created, the Participant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photograph, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the exhibition and use of the photograph in the manner set forth in these Official Rules without any compensation from Hygienic Research Institute Pvt Ltd.
  • Participant will NOT Release any images on social media or make public prior to the winners announcement and completion of the contest.
  • Participants will agree to upload videos, images or any other creative content on their social media handles as suggested by Streax Professional in connection with the Contest and promotion of the Contest.
  • If any person appearing in any photograph is under the age of majority, then the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required on each release.
  • Any entry which is not as per rule given will be subjected to disqualification.
  • Irrespective of participation in 1 or all 5 categories, participant is entitled for only one Hamper Limited to first 1700 Entries

  • Jury Decision is Final decision
  • Participants can only compete in one entry per category.
  • For categories where look is to be created on mannequin heads, Stylists are condemned to use live models for the same.
  • For categories where look is to be created on live models, Stylists are condemned to use Mannequins
  • If the competitor’s e-mail is fake, Organizers have the right to cancel their registration.
  • The backdrop for all tests must be only white.
  • Photoshop or manipulation of any kind is forbidden.
  • The competitors must upload 5 photos: 1. Before 2. 1 Front view + show the Top view 3. Left side view 4. Right side view 5. Back view .
  • In Event of any dispute Companies Decision will be Final
  • Any late Entry beyond timeline Shall be considered disqualified
  • The Competition and these Rules are governed by Indian law and any disputes in relation to them are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.

7. Rules for taking photographs

  • Pictures to be uploaded of ’Before Look’ and 4 angles of after (front, sides & back)
  • Pictures must be against a white background.
  • Picture to be taken of model or mannequin with white t-shirt /cape
  • Simple appropriate make-up – Judging and selection will not be based on makeup, clothes, jewelry or photoshoot
  • Participants to ensure the final images do not get published before the completion of the Competition
  • Participants to take short clips of them working and upload it on their social media handles tagging @StreaxProfessional & #StyleProAwards. However, do not disclose the final look
